Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
Please note: Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. If there’s any delay, we’ll reach out to you directly.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our hands
We do our best to help track down any delayed or lost packages, but DebbieDewdropCreations is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives damaged,
- The item is defective, or
- You received the wrong product

- A short description of the issue
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the problem was on our end.
If a return is approved due to damage or error, we will cover return shipping costs.
We do not cover return shipping for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect information submitted during checkout
- Unwanted gifts or changes of mind
