1. Are your items really handmade?

Yes! Every item at DebbieDewdropCreations is thoughtfully handmade by Deb — from painted rocks and rustic wood art to sewn pillows and décor. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, and that’s part of the beauty.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description.

4. Do you take custom orders?

Currently, we are not accepting fully custom orders. However, if you saw something on social media or at a local craft fair and want something similar, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests when possible.

5. Can I send something as a gift?

Yes! Many of our items make thoughtful, faith-filled gifts. If you’re sending a gift, just let us know at checkout or send us an email — we can include a handwritten note with your message.

6. What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once an item leaves our hands, we rely on the carrier to deliver it safely. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS, but we’ll do our best to help you track things down if something goes wrong.

7. Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
